Do you ship within the UAE?
Yes. We deliver across all emirates in the UAE.

- Delivered via our local courier partner
- Orders are dispatched once sizing adjustments and final checks are completed
How long does UAE delivery take?
Please allow 7-10 business days for order preparation.
Once dispatched, delivery within the UAE typically takes 3-5 business days.
You will receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the GCC only.
- GCC Delivery: AED 120
- Orders are shipped via DHL Express.
How long do international orders take?
International orders require 7-10 business days for preparation, followed by delivery timelines determined by DHL Express and your destination country.
Estimated delivery times will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Are customs duties or taxes included?
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Each piece is prepared specifically for the customer, and some orders may include sizing adjustments or final finishing before dispatch.
